New Zealand is a Pacific nation with responsibilities to its neighbours and obligations under Te Tiriti o Waitangi. An independent foreign policy means having our own voice on Palestine, Iran, Lebanon, Cuba and the Pacific and not being bound to the priorities of imperialist forces.
